This website and the Data Jumbo service are operated by Dan Santos, Switzerland. The operator contact address is support@datajumbo.co.
Because the operator is based in Switzerland, no § 5 TMG impressum applies — the equivalent disclosure obligations under Swiss law are covered by this page.
The operator is responsible for the editorial content of this website. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, but can't guarantee completeness or timeliness. Prices, feature lists and blog posts may change without notice.
Data Jumbo, the Data Jumbo wordmark, and the chart art on this site are trademarks of the operator. Notion, D3.js and all other marks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

By using this website, creating an account, or accessing the Data Jumbo product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service — that's a valid choice and there's no hard feelings.
If you're using Data Jumbo on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
Data Jumbo is a SaaS that connects to your Notion workspace and renders charts from your databases. We aim for high uptime, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
We may ship changes, deprecate features, or adjust limits. Where a change materially affects paid customers, we'll give reasonable notice by email.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use this website and the Data Jumbo product under your account, for personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
Fair quoting, linking and screenshotting for reviews, tutorials and social posts is explicitly encouraged.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity on your account. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period; you can cancel from inside the app at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Price changes apply from the next renewal and are communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Refunds for the current period are handled case by case — write to us and we'll sort it.
Don't use Data Jumbo to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules — with notice where possible, immediately where necessary to protect the service or other users.
Your Notion data is yours. By connecting a workspace you grant us a limited licence to read the databases you've chosen and render them as charts on your behalf — nothing more. We don't claim ownership, we don't train on it, and we don't republish it.
Public chart embeds are only public if you explicitly enable them. See the privacy policy for the full story on data handling.
The website and the product are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any data rendered will be accurate at any given moment.
Charts are a visual representation of the data in your Notion workspace at the time they were rendered. Always verify critical numbers against the source before acting on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Data Jumbo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from using — or being unable to use — the site or product, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
For direct damages, our total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or other liability that mandatory law says can't be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your misuse of the service.
You can close your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others.
On termination, your account data is deleted within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it (e.g., Swiss tax records). Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — IP, liability, governing law — do so.
We link to third-party sites (Notion, partners, references in blog posts). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Treat every outbound link as a bookmark from a friend: worth a look, worth your own judgement.
We're not liable for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — including upstream provider outages, network failures, natural disasters, or changes to third-party APIs we depend on (looking at you, Notion).
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes get an email to account holders before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page is bumped. Minor wording fixes get the date bump alone.
Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Exclusive venue for any dispute is the ordinary courts of Kanton Schwyz, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live.
