Your account

When you sign up, we ask for the minimum we need to run the product: your name, email, and — if you're on a paid plan — billing details handled by our payment processor. Optional fields (company, address, phone) are exactly that: optional.

Your Notion workspace

When you connect Notion, we store workspace metadata — workspace name and icon, the OAuth token, and the IDs of the pages and databases you've granted us access to. Database contents are fetched on demand to render your chart and cached briefly so the chart loads fast on the next view. They are never sold, shared, or used to train anything.

• Run and maintain the product (the obvious one).
• Render your charts by reading the Notion databases you've connected.
• Send account emails — receipts, security notices, the occasional product update you can unsubscribe from.
• Spot fraud and abuse so the service stays fast and boring.
• Ship better features — aggregate, anonymised usage patterns only.

We don't sell your data. We don't rent it. We don't feed it to an ad network. The business model is freemium — that's the whole plan.

Like every website ever, our servers keep standard access logs — IP, browser, timestamps, the page you came from. They help us debug outages and keep bots out. They're not linked to your account identity.

We use a small number of cookies: the one that keeps you logged in, the one that remembers your theme choice, and a privacy-respecting analytics cookie that counts visits without fingerprinting you. You can clear or block any of them from your browser settings — the app will still work, you'll just have to log back in.

We keep the vendor list short on purpose. In rough terms:

• Notion — the source of your database content.
• Our payment processor — handles billing so we never touch a card number.
• Our email provider — delivers account and product emails.
• Our hosting provider — runs the servers your charts live on.

Each one has its own privacy policy and we only share what's needed to do the job. We don't embed third-party trackers on this site.

Whether you're covered by GDPR, CCPA, the Swiss FADP, or none of the above — the answer is the same. You can:

• See what we have on you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete it. All of it.
• Export it in a portable format.
• Tell us to stop processing it for a specific purpose.

Write to support@datajumbo.co from the address on your account and we'll get it done within 30 days — usually the same week.

Account data lives as long as your account does. Cancel and ask for a wipe — we delete it. Billing records stick around for as long as Swiss tax law insists (currently 10 years), and server logs rotate out after 90 days.

Data Jumbo isn't designed for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll remove the account.

When this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before it takes effect and bump the date at the top of the page. Minor wording tweaks get the date bump and nothing else.
